We are surrounded by a variety of fast food options. Also just across the street is a trendy cafe "The Again & Again" open from 7 am daily for breakfast and lunch, and we are only 4 mins drive to great food for lunch & dinner at the Bomaderry Bowling Club, with a courtesy bus to bring you home if needed.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

Valid working credit card details are required when making a booking. The minimum age of a guest responsible for reservations must be 18. Guest under 18 are not permitted to stay without a parent or legal guardian. All guests must be declared. For any extra guests found to be staying without notice fees will be applied and or the reservation may be cancelled immediately without refund.

For reservations made on behalf of another guest or company where the credit card for payment will not be present a charge-back authority and/or purchase order must be provided before arrival.

Deposit Policy

For individual or singular bookings your card will be charged 48 hrs before your arrival.
For reservations made within a *peak season the credit card you have provided will be charged the 1st nights non-refundable deposit upon booking. The balance & security deposit are payable on arrival. All card payments attract a 1.5% processing fee.

In the event your card is unable to be charged for any reason & you are unable to be contacted, Bomaderry Motor Inn reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice or refund.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $30 applies in every instance to cancel any & all confirmed bookings.

Before 2 pm, 48 hours before arrival: No charge
Within 48 hours of arrival: 1st night tariff will be charged
No-shows and modifications after arrival: A cancellation fee equal to the total stay will be charged.

* Non-refundable cancellation policy applies to all NSW School holiday periods, Public holidays, Christmas, Easter & local festivals where the 1st night's tariff is non-refundable and charged upon booking.

No Show Policy

In the event of a No-show, cancellation or modification on the day of arrival the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

Children of any age are welcome. A limited number of cots for infants under 2 and roll-away beds for children under 10 are available on request for family rooms only, fees apply. Up to 1 child under 2 years of age may stay without fee when co-sleeping with a parent or if guests provide their own bassinet. Any extra linens/towels, bedding or cleaning will attract fees.

Check-in Policy

Physical credit card (digital NOT accepted) and photograph ID must be presented at reception on check-in. Payment for the total stay plus a $150 security bond is payable upon arrival. Acceptable payment methods are Visa, Mastercard or Amex (1.5% surcharge). Cash as a security bond is NOT accepted. The inability to provide these requirements on check-in may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
